You have the option to cancel your order and request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase from https://fantasticards.com/. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted. Orders that are already in transit are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
To cancel your order, please send an email with the subject line “Cancellation” to [email protected]. After our warehouse team has reviewed and approved your request, the refund will be processed, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

- Provide your full name and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
- Refunds will not include any discounts from coupons. You will only receive the amount you paid. Only one coupon is allowed per order, and if multiple coupons are used, only one will be applied.
