We operate globally and have partnered with various warehouse facilities to stock our products. If the stock is available in a warehouse near your location, you will be charged according to local shipping rates. If the product is not available in a local warehouse, you will be charged a standard insured shipping rate as follows:
- $4.95 for Standard Shipping
- $19.95 for Priority Shipping
If you see these standard shipping charges at checkout, it means the product is not available in a local warehouse and will be shipped from a different location.
Address Changes:
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order receipt. Please verify that all information provided is accurate. If you need to change the address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by sending an email from the same email address used to place the order to [email protected]. Address changes cannot be made after 24 hours.
Order Processing Time & Shipping:
All domestic orders will be shipped via First Mile, except for orders sent to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, which will be shipped via USPS and may have a longer processing time. Orders placed on Fridays will not be processed until Monday, as our warehouse is closed on weekends. Orders placed on holidays will be processed within 1-5 business days after the holiday.
We aim to process your order within 1-3 business days. International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the package. Typically, your package should be delivered within 7-12 days after leaving our warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on the customs process in the destination country and the courier service.
Customers may be charged duties and tariffs on international orders at the time of delivery in the local currency. The company is not responsible for any country-specific tariffs or duties.
If you used a promo code or received a discount on your order, you will be charged taxes or duties based on the original prices. The company will not alter invoices or pricing to avoid international fees or charges.
If your address cannot be verified, you will be contacted via email or text message. If the address is invalid, the processing time will be longer. Please ensure your address includes a zip code and apartment number, if applicable.
The company is not responsible for undeliverable packages. Undeliverable packages will be returned to the sender, and the customer will be contacted to update their address. The customer will be charged a shipping fee to reship a returned package.
